Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a National Sales Manager, based in Gurugram with some work from home flexibility. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing national sales operations, developing business plans, managing key accounts, leading sales teams, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing and managing budgets, creating sales forecasts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Planning, Budgeting, and creating Sales Forecasts
• Experience in Account Management and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong Sales skills with a proven track record of meeting targets
• Ability to lead and manage sales teams effectively
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the technology or digital solutions industry is a plus
