Execute promotional strategies and coordinate platform-led campaigns. Handle order processing, tracking, and basic customer queries if needed. Identify new product opportunities or improvements in listings to boost visibility and sales. Ensure compliance with the policies and guidelines of each marketplace. Requirements: Proven experience (minimum 2 years) managing product listings on Amazon and other online marketplaces. Familiarity with e-commerce tools, platforms, and dashboards (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, BigBasket Partner Portal, etc.). Strong understanding of SEO for e-commerce product listings. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic image editing or coordination with designers. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple product categories and work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in FMCG, grocery, packaged food, or related industries. Knowledge of order fulfilment and inventory management.
