Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a National Sales Manager. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, managing key accounts, driving sales, and overseeing a sales team. Daily tasks include budgeting, team management, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role requires close collaboration with different departments to ensure the company's overall success.

Qualifications

Business Planning and Budgeting skills
Proven experience in Account Management and Sales
Team Management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience in the elevator or related industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field including bachelor's degree in Engineering
