Job Description

You will be responsible for Industrial Sales, where you will develop and implement comprehensive business development plans aligned with company objectives and market dynamics. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and market gaps. In terms of Sales & Revenue Generation, you will be tasked with lead generation by prospecting and hunting for new leads within the existing territory. You will also be responsible for maintaining the database and lead funnel management. Supporting business development efforts by collecting competitor samples, following up on sample trials, and monitoring competitor actions will also be part of your responsibilities. Achieving business development targets as per the business objectives and identifying customer/user needs and new applications will be crucial. You will need to engage with the backend team to fulfill customer requirements. Relationship Management will be a key aspect of your role, where you will cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identifying and engaging with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers to expand the business network will also be important. You will also be responsible for Customer Management by driving the customer development program through need identification, product presentations, trials, commercial discussions, and ensuring regular supplies. Handling complaints at the industrial customer level to ensure good service will also fall under your purview. Reporting & Analysis will be essential, as you will prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for management review. Additionally, you will have shared responsibilities where you will discuss organizational performance needs with the team regularly. Guiding the team on technical aspects for better performance and sales matrix achievement will be part of your role.
