Job Description

As a National Account Executive in the Critical Care Sales department at Piramal Critical Care, your role will involve developing and managing current and prospective business relationships with select Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and alternate channel partners within the Southeastern United States. Your primary focus will be on increasing sales revenue and profitability through the Piramal Critical Care product portfolio. **Key Responsibilities:** - Cultivate relationships with GPO account managers with a focus on full contract implementation - Build relationships with senior management at all assigned IDNs - Collaborate and lead strategic initiatives with outside and inside sales representatives to identify and target prospects - Measure and monitor IDN key contract terms like utilization rates, market share, and equipment ratios - Work with field sales representatives to enhance compliance and drive conversions to Piramal products - Coordinate field sales team pull through of executed IDN contracts - Conduct regular business reviews with IDNs - Develop and negotiate contract terms and conditions such as pricing, usage, and equipment - Manage contract implementation with support from all company divisions including Finance, Supply Chain & Operations - Oversee equipment conversion process for new IDN customers - Provide goal-driven customer service through constant communication and feedback - Resolve problems quickly and effectively - Communicate contract updates within the company - Report sales and prospect pipeline data regularly within the company - Assist in training the sales team within the company - Develop and maintain a current understanding of the marketplace including market conditions, trends, and competitors - Assist with the development of National Accounts budget and execution strategy - Conduct all activities safely and within each facility's guidelines and protocols - Educate customers on Piramal Critical Care's products, services, and value added **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or medical sciences - Graduate degree in business - Professional sales certifications are an asset **Additional Details:** Reporting Structure: - National Account Executive - Southeast reports directly to the Sr. Director of National Accounts **Experience Required:** - IDN Account Management Experience - Field Sales Experience - Contract Negotiation Experience **Competencies:** - Strong selling techniques and customer relationship management skills - Extensive healthcare industry knowledge - In-depth understanding of Piramal Critical Care product portfolio - Proficiency in software applications like CRM, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word - Professional presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills - Budgeting and financial management knowledge - Ability to travel (travel estimated at 50% to 75% per month) **Critical Attributes:** - Leadership - Coaching Skills - Analytical - Detail Oriented - Rapid Responsiveness - Self-Starting - Time Management - Communication - Teamwork - Innovative - Strategic - Customer Centric,
