We are seeking an experienced NACE Level II Coating Inspector for managing Field Technical Services, specializing in Protective Coatings/Marine Coatings to provide technical expertise and support for new build projects, maintenance, OEM applications, and tank lining. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with client specifications while working under the guidance of our Technical Service Manager.

• Provide on-site technical support for coating applications in New Build, Maintenance, Wind, Pipeline, and Tank Lining projects.
• Ensure adherence to client specifications and industry standards (NACE, SSPC, etc.).
• Conduct coating inspections, failure analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with project teams to recommend optimal coating solutions based on environmental and operational conditions.
• Train and guide contractors, applicators, and clients on proper coating application techniques.
• Prepare and submit technical reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
• Work closely with sales and R&D teams to provide product feedback and support business development.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Materials)
• Paint Technology Graduate or M.Sc in Chemistry (preferred)

• Certification: NACE Level-II/AMPP Level II/ BGas Grade 2 (mandatory)

Experience:

• 7-10 years in Field Technical Service (MNC experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of protective coatings, marine coatings, and industrial applications
• Experience in New Build, Wind Energy, and Pipeline coating projects
• Preferred Industry Background:
• Paints & Coatings (Protective/Marine/Industrial)

• In-depth knowledge of coating processes, surface preparation, and application methods
• Familiarity with international standards (ISO, NACE, SSPC)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
