Role Overview
DQ Learnings is looking for a hands-on Multimedia Trainer with strong industry experience across Graphic Design, Video Editing/Motion Graphics, VFX, and 3D Visualization. You will train students on real-world workflows, mentor portfolio projects, and help us build production-grade learning content for our flagship creative-tech programs.
Key Responsibilities
Tools & Software (Proficiency Expected)
Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (InDesign a plus)
Video/Motion: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (DaVinci Resolve a plus)
VFX/Compositing: After Effects (Nuke/Houdini—nice to have)
3D Visualization: Blender or 3ds Max/Maya; rendering with V-Ray/Corona (SketchUp/Lumion/Twinmotion/Unreal—bonus)
Asset & Audio: Media Encoder, basic audio cleanup (Audition/Resolve Fairlight)
AI & Productivity (Preferred): Generative fill, AI upscalers, captioning, script/story AI tools, LMS authoring
