Multimedia Learning Architect

As a Multimedia Learning Architect at our consultancy, your role will involve leading a specialized multimedia team and providing strategic guidance to clients. You will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies, team development, and establishing our consultancy as a thought leader in multimedia learning solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary multimedia learning consultant and trusted advisor to assigned clients - Develop a deep understanding of client needs, challenges, and strategic objectives - Identify opportunities to enhance client partnerships through innovative multimedia solutions - Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in multimedia learning, animation, and AI-enhanced training - Lead and manage a team of multimedia specialists, animators, and video production experts - Provide direction, coaching, and mentoring to team members - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning - Champion the integration of AI technologies to drive efficiencies in multimedia production - Collaborate with sales teams on proposal development and client presentations - Design and implement efficient processes and workflows for multimedia production - Oversee multimedia project delivery from concept through completion **Qualification Required:** **Education & Experience:** - Bachelors degree in Learning Design, Multimedia, Education Technology, or related field - 7+ years of experience in learning and development with multimedia specialization - 3+ years of team leadership experience - Proven track record in client-facing consulting roles - Experience with AI tools and their application in multimedia production **Technical Skills:** - Expert knowledge of animation software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) - Proficiency in video production, editing, and post-production workflows - Understanding of learning design principles and adult learning theory - Experience with e-learning authoring tools, learning content management systems, and learning management systems - Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and automation tools - Knowledge of web technologies, interactive media, and mobile learning platforms **Core Competencies:** - Strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into multimedia solutions - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Client relationship management and business development acumen - Project management and process improvement expertise - Innovation mindset with ability to research and implement new technologies In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of multimedia learning in a growing consultancy.
