Multimedia Learning Architect

As a Multimedia Learning Architect at our consultancy, you will be responsible for leading a specialized multimedia team, providing innovative solutions to clients, and staying at the forefront of AI integration in multimedia learning. Your role will involve: - Acting as the primary multimedia learning consultant and trusted advisor to assigned clients - Developing a deep understanding of client needs, challenges, and strategic objectives - Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client partnerships through innovative multimedia solutions - Providing thought leadership on emerging trends in multimedia learning, animation, and AI-enhanced training - Leading and managing a team of multimedia specialists, animators, and video production experts - Providing ongoing direction, coaching, and mentoring to team members - Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning - Championing the integration of AI technologies to drive efficiencies in multimedia production - Researching and implementing cutting-edge tools and techniques for animation and video development - Collaborating closely with sales teams on proposal development and client presentations - Designing and implementing efficient processes and workflows for multimedia production - Overseeing multimedia project delivery from concept through completion Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Learning Design, Multimedia, Education Technology, or related field - 7+ years of experience in learning and development with multimedia specialization - 3+ years of team leadership experience - Proven track record in client-facing consulting roles - Experience with AI tools and their application in multimedia production - Expert knowledge of animation software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) - Proficiency in video production, editing, and post-production workflows - Understanding of learning design principles and adult learning theory - Knowledge of web technologies, interactive media, and mobile learning platforms - HTML coding experience for web-based learning content development In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of multimedia learning, lead with autonomy and strategic impact, access cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to the continuous development of our consultancy.
