Job Specification: Position Title: Website & Content Coordinator Department: SCR Comms / Operations Reports To: Media & Communications Manager / Director of Communications Position Overview: Working closely with the Media & Communications Manager, the SCR Website & Content Coordinator will be responsible for managing backend website updates, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of research materials, and maintaining quality control across reports and articles. The role requires very strong attention to detail, consistency in formatting and tagging, and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as the program grows. Key Responsibilities: Website Management (Q4): Prepare back end entries for new company initiations. Remove discontinued companies from the platform. Reports: Upload PDF reports to the website with basic tagging, including report corrections. Archive reports systematically in Dropbox. Articles: Convert Word documents into HTML format (using in-house shortcuts), including article corrections. Edit content to align with internal style guide for consistency. Proofread articles for grammar, clarity, and accuracy. Upload and tag images, ensuring proper formatting. Tracking & Quality Control: Maintain and update the links archive sheet. Track analyst errors and log issues to support process improvements. Communication: Communicating with analysts, internal teams, and distribution networks, as needed. Qualifications: Prior experience in website content management, CMS, or publishing workflows preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with basic HTML editing (preferred but not required). Ability to follow style guides and maintain consistency across files and content. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Google Sheets, Excel, and PDF programs. Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
