Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Multi-skilled Technician to join our team at Fidato Hotels. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems in the hotel.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall service quality.
Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent unexpected failures.
Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond promptly to their requests.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of hotel operations and maintenance procedures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with relevant software and technology used in hotels and restaurants.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
