Summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a highly motivated MSP Coordinator to join our remote team in India. The MSP Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Managed Service Provider (MSP) program, ensuring seamless operations, compliance, and superior service delivery. This individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize workforce management processes, maintain data integrity, and enhance program performance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct regular audits within the Vendor Management System (VMS) to ensure compliance
  with client and internal standards.
• Oversee the documentation, validation, and management of client requirements to support efficient and accurate staffing processes.
• Implement and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) procedures, identifying discrepancies and driving corrective actions.
• Coordinate worker profiles, including onboarding, extensions, and terminations, to maintain alignment with client workforce needs.
• Provide operational support during high-volume periods, assisting junior specialists to ensure service continuity.
• Manage updates to work orders and staffing assignments, ensuring accuracy and compliance within the VMS.
• Track key performance metrics such as resource utilization and task completion to support data-driven program oversight.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to resolve issues and align program goals.
• Collaborate on transitioning staffing assignments into Statements of Work (SOW) agreements for enhanced program integration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Prior experience in MSP coordination or operations within the staffing or workforce solutions industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional accuracy in data handling and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to client and stakeholder interactions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as VNDLY is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable and responsive to change in a dynamic, evolving business environment.
