Job Description

We are seeking an

experienced CRM Solution Consultant

with expertise in

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales modules

. This role involves

requirements gathering, process optimization, solution design, and hands-on delivery

of customer interaction solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Consulting & Delivery

Act as a
CRM solution consultant
, providing expert guidance on
Microsoft Dynamics 365
capabilities.

If required, perform
hands-on implementation and configuration
of
Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing modules
.

Assist clients in optimizing their
customer interaction solutions
using
Power Platform
and CRM best practices.

Requirements Gathering & Process Mapping

Collaborate with
stakeholders
to understand business objectives and challenges.

Elicit, document, and analyze
business requirements, ensuring alignment with CRM capabilities.

Create detailed
process maps and workflows
to illustrate
current and future state
processes.

Identify
bottlenecks and areas for optimization
to enhance customer engagement strategies.

Solution Design & Process Optimization

Work with
cross-functional teams
to design and propose solutions, including
software enhancements, process improvements, and automation strategies
.

Recommend and implement
process improvements
to maximize
efficiency and effectiveness
.

Provide
best practices and recommendations
for CRM adoption and usage.

CRM Configuration & Customization

Leverage deep understanding of
Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and landscape
.

Utilize
hands-on experience
in
configuring, customizing, and optimizing
CRM modules.

Deploy solutions that
enhance customer experiences and business outcomes
.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing modules
