Consulting (Preferably in FMCG, Automotive, Energy, or Chemical sectors)

Shift:

Overlap/US Shift (Minimum 3 4 years of experience in US territory required; combined US + Europe exposure preferred).

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Client Success Manager

to join our on-site team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will bring a strong consulting background and demonstrate proven expertise in managing and growing client relationships within international markets, especially the US and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage client accounts with full ownership of the sales cycle, from engagement to closure.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing strategic insights and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize account potential.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including research, delivery, and marketing to ensure seamless service and brand alignment.
  • Contribute to branding efforts by effectively representing the organization at industry events and client meetings.
  • Maintain and leverage CRM platforms for analytics, reporting, and opportunity tracking.
  • Lead and mentor a small team (2 3 members), ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to shape and communicate the organization s value proposition in line with market expectations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong client-facing skills with a consultative approach.
  • Deep understanding of market research and technology-led services.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage US-based clients; European experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics, and data-driven account management.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Confident team player and leader with the ability to inspire and motivate.
