Role Summary

The Dynamics 365 CRM Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting customized CRM and business automation solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform. The role focuses on core development activities, delivering scalable and efficient solutions aligned with business requirements and Microsoft best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Implement customizations using plugins, JavaScript, workflows, and business rules
  • Develop integrations using Web API, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and SSIS
  • Build and customize Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and PowerApps Portals
  • Develop and automate business processes using Power Automate
  • Customize and manage Dataverse entities, relationships, forms, and views
  • Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing CRM applications
  • Ensure performance, security, and scalability of CRM solutions
  • Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and version control processes

Required Skill Sets

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development
  • Expertise in plugins, JavaScript, workflows, and custom actions
  • Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Portals
  • Knowledge of Dataverse and data modeling concepts
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using Web API and Azure services
  • Familiarity with SSIS and data migration activities
  • Understanding of core Microsoft technologies and cloud offerings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are an added advantage
