The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in escrow analysis, tax payment and disbursement, mortgage research, post-closing activities, delinquency management, and overall loan servicing. Key Responsibilities: Escrow Management & Analysis: Perform escrow account analysis and ensure timely payments for taxes and insurance. Monitor escrow accounts for shortages or surpluses and take appropriate actions. Process escrow disbursements, including tax and insurance payments. Tax Payment & Disbursement: Review and process property tax payments on behalf of borrowers. Ensure accurate and timely tax disbursement to appropriate authorities. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to tax payments. Mortgage Research & Servicing: Conduct research on mortgage loans, payment histories, and borrower inquiries. Ensure compliance with mortgage servicing regulations and investor guidelines. Assist in resolving issues related to loan modifications, escrow accounts, and payment adjustments. Post-Closing & Loan Servicing: Perform quality checks on loan documents after closing. Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan files in accordance with regulatory standards. Coordinate with stakeholders to address any post-closing discrepancies. Delinquency & Loan Servicing: Monitor delinquent accounts and assist in loss mitigation efforts. Work with borrowers to resolve delinquency issues through appropriate channels. Maintain accurate loan records and update systems as needed. Required Qualifications & Skills: 1+ years of experience in escrow payment processing, mortgage servicing, or related fields. Strong understanding of escrow analysis, tax disbursements, and loan servicing operations. Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in mortgage servicing software and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with mortgage servicing platforms (e.g., MSP, Black Knight, Fiserv, etc.). Familiarity with regulatory guidelines such as RESPA, CFPB, and investor requirements.
