Role & responsibilities

2+ years of experience in
Quality

Review/Quality

Assurance
within
US

Commercial Mortgage
or
Business Banking
processes.
Strong understanding of
US

Tax

Returns,

Loan

Documents
, and related financial documentation.
Conduct
quality

checks

and

audits
on processed cases to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Review loan documents, contracts, and financial statements to identify
errors, inconsistencies,

or missing information
, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Prepare detailed
QA reports
and documentation to highlight observations, trends, and areas for process improvement.
Evaluate the accuracy of financial data, risk assessments, and credit analyses performed by analysts.
Maintain strong
attention

to

detail
and analytical ability to identify patterns, process deviations, and potential risks.
Stay updated on
industry

regulations
, quality standards, and best practices in Business Banking.
Exhibit excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2+ years of experience into US Mortgage

Immediate joiner , who can join in 2-3 days

Shift timing- 5:30 pm to 2:30 am
