Encompass -Senior Business Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst/Architecht with strong expertise in the US Mortgage industry and hands-on experience with Encompass Tool. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mortgage processes, business rules, and admin functions, along with excellent stakeholder management skills. • 10+ years of experience in the US Mortgage industry and as Sr/Lead Business Analyst with deep understanding of processes and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Encompass (configuration, business rules, workflows).
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and experience using JIRA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with leadership qualities to guide cross-functional teams.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements via BRD and User Stories.
• Deep Understanding the Encompass 360 / Smart Client platform, including business rules and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with US Mortgage industry guidelines, processes, and regulations.
• Collaborate with onshore teams including Business Unit Heads, Program Managers, AVPs, VPs, and Pricing teams etc.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, refinement) and manage backlog in JIRA.
• Coordinate with Development, Admin, QA teams to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions on time.
• Perform impact analysis, create user stories, and support UAT.
• Provide subject matter expertise on mortgage processes and Encompass functionalities.
• Maintain strong communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment across teams.
