Job Title:

Customer Support Associate International Voice Process (US Shift)

Job Summary:

International Voice Process

Locations:

Electronic City Phase 2, Bengaluru

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
Assist customers with product or service-related queries, order information, payments, or account issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Excellent
English communication skills
(both verbal and written).
Comfortable working in
night shifts (US time zones)
.
Graduates / Undergraduates
can apply (except BE/BTech for WFH role).
Minimum
6 months to 2 years of International Voice or Semi Voice experience
preferred.
Freshers
with strong communication skills may also apply (for Bangalore role).
Must have a
laptop/desktop and strong internet connection
(for WFH).
Immediate Joiners Only.
