Job Title: Quality Testing Oversight Analyst

Shift- US Shift (Night Shift)

Role Summary:

Quality Testing Oversight Analysts

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will develop and maintain comprehensive test plans that align with federal and state laws, as well as investor and insurer guidelines, including those from FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, and USDA.
  • You will conduct thorough loan-level testing across a wide range of servicing functions such as loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, claims, escrow, mortgage insurance, call monitoring, assumptions, and property preservation.
  • You will execute regulatory and investor compliance testing, including requirements driven by OCC Consent Orders and agency mandates.
  • You will prepare and deliver detailed reporting packages that include initial findings, monthly summaries, and dashboards tailored for senior leadership, executive committees, and regulators.
  • You will oversee the performance of third-party vendors (such as SourcePoint and Accenture), ensuring accuracy, adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), and consistency in testing and calibration processes.
  • You will design and implement robust sampling methodologies to ensure statistically valid results and meaningful oversight outcomes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • You will serve as an independent second line of defense by providing objective oversight of first-line servicing activities to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, investor, and internal policy requirements.
  • You will identify and escalate deficiencies and systemic risks based on loan-level testing results, supporting timely and effective remediation.
  • You will collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit teams to ensure testing coverage is aligned and that findings contribute to meaningful process improvements.
  • You will standardize quality assurance methodologies, including exception management, calibration procedures, and issue escalation protocols.
  • You will create and deliver formalized reports and analysis to support internal governance functions and meet external regulatory expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 38 years

    of relevant experience in mortgage servicing, quality assurance, or compliance testing.
  • In-depth understanding of

    federal and state mortgage servicing regulations

    .
  • Experience with investor/insurer requirements (FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, USDA).
  • Strong analytical skills and

    attention to detail

    in reviewing loan-level servicing data.
  • Prior experience in vendor oversight, SLA monitoring, and calibration processes is a plus.
  • Ability to generate high-quality reports and presentations for

    senior executives and regulators

    .
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

  • Background in

    default servicing operations

    or mortgage QA/QC environments.
  • Familiarity with OCC Consent Orders and regulatory remediation efforts.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors or BPO partners.
