Role & responsibilities

plants Quality Control and Quality Assurance

ACP panels (Aluminium Coil, LDPE/FR Core, Adhesion film, Coating, Lamination)

3. Establish, monitor, and continuously improve quality parameters for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods oversee inspection and testing at all production stages from incoming material to final product dispatch.

Ensure compliance with ASTM, EN, BIS, or other relevant standards for ACP testing (e.g., peel strength, coating adhesion, gloss, impact resistance, et

ISO, Exova, IRIS, IATF

R&D

Key Result Area:

*To ensure Audit of CCL, Rewinding ,ACP Production ,UTM as per SOP

*To ensure testing of all in-coming material as per SOP /SLA

*To ensure the segregated material will be error free

*To ensure Offline rejection will be zero due to Quality gate
