Role Overview

Modern Workplace Device Management Engineer

MDM/UEM platforms

Location : India (Remote ) / Riyadh,Saudi Arabia (onsite)

Contract : 3 to 6 months, (extendable)

Experience : 8+ years

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  4 years of overall IT experience

  , with

  2–3 years of hands-on experience

  in:
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM)
• Microsoft Intune
• Experience with SCCM CB versions (1611/1706/1806/1902 or later).
• Knowledge of Workspace One, Intune, and MDM concepts.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools such as

  ServiceNow, Remedy, DXCSM, SM9

  .
• Basic understanding of:
• Azure
• O365 Licensing
• AD & AD Groups
• Cloud concepts
• Windows OS & Networking fundamentals
• Basic to intermediate incident management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot deployment failures and patching issues.
• Ability to work in a

  24x7 environment

  if required.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with:
• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
• Azure AD, Conditional Access
• Windows/iOS/Android app signing & provisioning
• Good understanding of network infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, adapt to change, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Device & Endpoint Management

• Manage enterprise

  MDM/UEM platforms

  including Microsoft Intune, SCCM (1611/1706/1806/1902 and later), Workspace One, and other device management tools.
• Install, deploy, update, and monitor applications and software on mobile and endpoint devices.
• Perform patch management, release management, and application deployment activities.
• Conduct device health monitoring, reporting, and performance optimization.

Technical Support & Operations

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, web, or in-person channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
• SCCM / MEM / Intune
• Application deployment
• Software distribution tools
• Windows OS, iOS, Android
• Networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6)
• Handle incident and service request tickets using tools like

  ServiceNow, Remedy, DXC SM9

  .
• Perform debugging, diagnostics, repairs, and system upgrades on endpoint devices.
