Modern Trade Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in modern trade outlets.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional and national modern trade outlets such as Reliance Retail, More Retail, etc.
• Develop and manage partnerships with e-commerce outlets such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, JioMart, etc.
• Negotiate listing fees effectively with various outlets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure product positioning and pricing aligns with market demand.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Modern Trade Sales Manager in the FMCG industry.
• Strong connections with regional and national modern trade outlets and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales-related software.
• Willingness to travel as required.
