Retail Sales Assistant

Role and Responsibilities:

• Developing relationships with existing and potential customers
• Assessing customer needs and providing solutions
• Keeping track of customer orders and deliveries
• Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions
• Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities
• Training and developing new sales staff (applicable for senior job applicants)
• Addressing customer complaints
• Generating sales reports.

Preferred Skills

· Should have at least two years of relevant experience in FMCG

· Must possess contacts with the distributors in their region

Additionally We are looking for an experienced FMCG Sales professional who is knowledgeable in Sales & Promotions and has a good understanding of the key outlets in their region for tissue paper, foil paper and hygiene products. The successful candidate will be a key player in the growth of our business, and they must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and be highly organized.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
