About the Role

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Retail Sales Girl to join our jewellery showroom team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Showcase and explain jewellery designs, collections, and offers.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Handle billing, packaging, and after-sales service.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display standards.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
• Prior retail or showroom sales experience preferred (jewellery experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work in a team and meet sales goals.
