Key Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth through national and regional modern trade chains (Reliance, DMart, Spencer’s, etc.)
• Build and nurture relationships with key account buyers and category heads
• Ensure product availability, placement, and visibility across MT outlets
• Negotiate terms of trade, margins, marketing spends, and planogram compliance
• Monitor and manage MT schemes, promotions, and in-store activations
• Track secondary sales, billing vs. offtake, and ensure healthy stock rotation
• Work closely with supply chain for order fulfillment and replenishment planning
• Analyze competition, pricing trends, and market share within MT
• Lead merchandising team and ensure execution excellence
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports, ROI analysis, and account health

• Proven experience in handling modern trade for mobile accesories or premium D2C brands
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to work in a fast-paced setup
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
