We are seeking a skilled and creative Mobile Application Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in developing, testing, and maintaining iOS and Android applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both frontend UI/UX design and backend code integration, along with the ability to create and maintain analytical reports and dashboards related to app performance and usage.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development

Design, develop, and deploy high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using native (Swift, Kotlin) or cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native).
Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services (e.g., Firebase, AWS, Azure).
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.
Debug, optimize, and enhance existing mobile applications.
UI/UX Design
Collaborate with designers and product teams to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces.
Implement responsive designs that adapt across different screen sizes and devices.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.

Reporting and Analytics :

Implement in-app analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
Generate regular reports on app performance, crash logs, user engagement, and retention metrics.
Work with stakeholders to interpret data and recommend improvements.
Collaboration & Documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, designers, QA testers, and product managers.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and technical workflows.
Participate in agile/scrum meetings, sprint planning, and code reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
3–4 years of professional experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android.
Proficiency in one or more of the following: Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, React Native.
Familiarity with app deployment on App Store and Google Play Store.
Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
Experience with mobile analytics and reporting tools.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
