Mobile Application Developer (iOS & Android) (Relevant 5 to 8 Years)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team at our Kolhapur location. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, upgrading, and supporting applications that elevate the overall omni-channel experience for our end users and the systems that integrate with our services, including Payments and Marketplaces. You will report to the On-site Engineering Manager and collaborate closely with highly skilled engineers, cross-functional teams, technical leads, and architects. Together, you will analyze requirements, brainstorm solutions, and implement the right design patterns to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance omni-channel systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain native iOS and Android applications.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, and Core Java.

Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards. Implement unit tests to ensure reliability and stability of applications.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement features.

Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, crashes, and performance bottlenecks.

Contribute to architectural decisions and improve development processes.

Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and best practices.

Manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth and efficient releases.

Integrate apps with RESTful APIs and Graph APIs.

Ensure apps meet App Store and Play Store guidelines and manage deployments. Qualifications Required:

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in mobile application development.

Strong proficiency in Swift & SwiftUI (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android).

Experience with unit testing frameworks and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bitrise, CircleCI).

Strong knowledge of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER, etc.).

Experience with Git or other version control systems.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Experience with AI Tools like copilot, cursor.

Bonus Points (Good to Have):

Experience with Jetpack Compose (Android).

Experience with RxSwift, Combine, or Reactive programming.

Knowledge of CoreData, SQLite and Room or other local storage solutions.

Experience with TestFlight, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console.
