MIS Specialist

You are seeking a Manager MIS & Business Analytics who will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards on resource utilization, project profitability, cost control, and organization and leadership dashboards. Your main responsibilities will include tracking project budgets, preparing monthly/quarterly MIS reports, monitoring headcount trends, analyzing compensation cycles, ensuring data consistency, and supporting leadership with strategic analysis. As a qualified CA / CWA professional with 4+ years of experience in MIS/FP&A, you should have strong expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, exposure to Power BI/Tableau, experience with tools like Keka, Zoho, Jira, or HRMS/ERP systems, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of SQL/database. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain dashboards on utilization, bench, allocation, and pipeline planning. - Track project budgets vs effort, billing, and margins; flag cost overruns early. - Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS and leadership dashboards across sales, delivery, HR, and finance. - Monitor headcount, attrition trends, and hiring vs plan to support workforce planning. - Analyze compensation/appraisal cycles and provide cost impact insights. - Ensure data consistency across HRMS, Finance, and Project tools; drive report automation. - Support leadership with account profitability, staffing heatmaps, and strategic analysis. Key Skills & Qualifications: - CA / CWA qualified with 4+ years in MIS/FP&A in IT services or project-based organizations. - Strong in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to Power BI/Tableau preferred. - Experience with tools like Keka, Zoho, Jira, or HRMS/ERP systems. - Strong analytical and communication skills with an eye for cost optimization. - SQL / database knowledge.,
