As an MIS Specialist at our expanding team within the recruitment sector, you will play a crucial role in handling recruitment-related data, generating actionable insights, and optimizing dashboards to enhance recruitment strategies. Your expertise in data analytics and dashboard development will be key in driving business decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Dashboard Development and Management:** - Design, create, and maintain dashboards and reports for senior management and recruitment teams. - Ensure dashboards effectively display essential metrics, trends, and performance indicators. - Regularly refresh and enhance dashboard designs to improve user experience. - **Data Oversight and Analysis:** - Manage substantial volumes of recruitment data for accuracy and integrity. - Evaluate recruitment performance metrics to uncover trends and insights. - Conduct ad-hoc data analyses to deliver actionable recommendations. - **Data Consolidation and Reporting:** - Integrate data from various sources into centralized systems for efficient reporting. - Develop and automate periodic reports on key performance indicators. - Collaborate with other departments to align reporting with organizational objectives. - **Stakeholder Collaboration:** - Collaborate with recruitment managers and stakeholders to deliver pertinent insights. - Offer training and support to internal teams on dashboard and report utilization. - Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. **Qualifications & Skills:** - **Experience:** - At least 1 year of experience as an MIS Specialist or Data Analyst in the recruitment industry. - Strong experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. - **Technical Skills:** - Expertise in data visualization and dashboard design. - Advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis. - Strong experience in data integration tools and reporting systems. - **Analytical Skills:** - Ability to analyze complex data, derive insights, and provide actionable recommendations. - Experience with statistical analysis or data modeling is a plus. - **Communication Skills:** - Ability to present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Education:** - Bachelor's degree in a related field. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working in a recruitment agency or within an HR function. - Knowledge of recruitment metrics and KPIs. - Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages for data processing.,
