Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CA Article Trainee to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on, three-year training opportunity to gain practical experience and apply theoretical knowledge in a professional setting. The ideal candidate will work closely with our experienced Chartered Accountants, gaining exposure to various facets of the profession. Key Responsibilities: Auditing: Assist in conducting statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits for various clients. This includes preparing audit working papers, verifying financial records, and ensuring compliance with auditing standards. Taxation: Support in the preparation and filing of various tax returns, including Income Tax, GST, and TDS. Help with tax planning, compliance, and responding to tax notices. Accounting & Finance: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts. Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and other general accounting tasks. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure client compliance with various laws and regulations, such as the Companies Act, FEMA, and other statutory requirements. Client Communication: Interact with clients to gather financial data, resolve queries, and maintain strong professional relationships. Financial Analysis: Participate in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for clients. Required Skills and Qualifications: Enrolled in the Chartered Accountancy course with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Passed at least one group of the CA Intermediate (IPCC/CA Inter) exams. Strong academic background with a good understanding of accounting principles and standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Working knowledge of accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, etc., will be a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A high degree of integrity, professionalism, and a desire to learn.
