About the Role

MIS

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain

    daily/weekly/monthly TA dashboards

    and performance reports.
  • Manage and analyze

    large volumes of hiring data

    , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Prepare

    MIS reports

    related to sourcing, selection, joining, vendor performance, recruiter productivity, hiring velocity, and pipeline health.
  • Create and automate Excel-based tools using

    advanced formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and Macros/VBA.

  • Coordinate with TA Leads and HRBPs to understand reporting needs and deliver customized datasets or insights.
  • Support TA operations by tracking recruitment metrics such as:

1. TAT (Turnaround Time)

2. Offer-to-join ratio

3. Source mix performance

4. Daily recruiter productivity

  • Funnel conversion ratios
  • Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and validations on hiring-related data.
  • Assist in building and maintaining

    Power BI/Tableau

    dashboards (if skilled).
  • Provide actionable insights and trends to help the TA team optimize hiring processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all candidate and recruitment data.

ISMS Responsibilities:

  • Be aware and comply with the ISMS Policy, procedures and objectives;
  • Actively participate in ISMS exercises;
  • Request access to information from their Team Leaders/ Executives;
  • Report known and suspected security incidents to the IT Helpdesk;
  • Protect the secrecy of passwords; and
  • Protect information assets used by them against compromise of assets confidentiality, integrity or availability.

Desires Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in Data / IT / Statistics is an advantage.
  • 2–5 years of experience in MIS

    , Reporting, or Data Analytics (preferably in HR / Talent Acquisition).
  • Strong proficiency in

    MS Excel

    (including nested formulas, pivot tables, Power Query).
  • Expertise in

    Excel Macros / VBA

    for automating reports and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in working with

    large raw datasets.

  • Good understanding of HR/TA metrics and recruitment lifecycle (preferred).
  • Experience with

    Power BI / Tableau

    is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data clearly.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
