Job Description: Conduct quality checks on ethnic garments including bridal lehengas, sarees, and kurtis at various production stages. Inspect stitching, embroidery, dyeing, fabric quality, fit, finishing, and embellishments (zari, sequins, beadwork). Identify and report defects in fabric, tailoring, handwork, trims, and surface ornamentation. Ensure garments meet company standards and customer specifications before dispatch. Collaborate with production and Karigar teams to resolve quality issues promptly. Maintain QC reports, rejection logs, and suggest process improvements to reduce errors. Monitor in-line and final inspection processes as per the companys quality control SOPs. Ensure packaging and labeling accuracy for each garment. Work closely with designers and merchandisers for sample approvals and bulk production quality. MS Excel/ Google sheets / Basic computer knowledge Preferred candidate profile Experience with ethnic fashion houses, boutiques, or garment exporters. Background in textile design, fashion technology, or garment manufacturing. Proactive, problem solver & adaptive Flexible with the roles & responsibilities delegated
