Position: MIS & Inventory Executive Location: Hyderabad Company: Re Moto Mobility About Re Moto Mobility: Re Moto Mobility is India’s leading pre-owned two-wheeler platform, bridging the gap between petrol and electric mobility. We focus on providing customers with a transparent, hassle-free experience in buying and selling pre-owned two-wheelers. Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS & Inventory Executive to manage business data, reports, and inventory records that support operational efficiency and management decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and Excel skills, along with hands-on experience in managing stock movement and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Track key business metrics like leads, sales, margins, and inventory turnover. Manage and monitor vehicle inventory across all locations — inbound, outbound, and stock aging. Reconcile physical inventory with system records and ensure data accuracy. Coordinate with sales, procurement, and operations teams for stock updates. Automate reports and dashboards (using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools). Analyze data trends and provide insights for management decision-making. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all inventory and transaction data. Requirements: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Inventory, or Data Reporting roles. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic BI tools. Good communication and analytical skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
