Role Overview Role Name: MIS Program Management & Data Analytics Reporting to : Head-Trade Marketing iD Fresh is seeking for the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our management information systems to drive strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong background in data management, analysis, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain efficient MIS protocols and procedures. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all management information systems. Manage databases and data warehouses, ensuring they are optimized for performance. Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Use statistical tools and software to perform data analysis. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for various departments, including finance, sales, marketing, and operations. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. Ensure reports are clear, concise, and tailored to the audience's needs. Work with IT and other departments to improve system efficiency and functionality. Identify and implement improvements to existing MIS processes. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MIS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and requirements. Provide training and support to staff on data management and analysis tools. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams. Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBI, SQL, or similar. Interested? If this role sounds like you, then apply with us!
