MIS Manager

Work Profile: MIS cum Bid Manager

Objective:

To manage project data, reporting, and compliance for skilling initiatives while handling tender identification, documentation, and submission for government and Other projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update data on MIS portals (SDMS, UPSDM, DDU-GKY, PMKVY, etc.).
• Prepare daily/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Identify and analyze tenders/EoIs/RFPs from government and other sources.
• Prepare and submit technical & financial bids on eProcurement, GEM, and NIC portals.
• Draft and compile project proposals, DPRs, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with departments, Sector Skill Councils, and internal teams for compliance.
• Maintain data records, tender tracking sheets, and audit-ready documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

• MS Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, Google Sheets
• Familiarity with tender portals & MIS systems
• Strong documentation, coordination, and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Key Deliverables:

• Updated MIS and project dashboards
• Timely and compliant tender submissions
• Proposal drafts and reports ready for review
• Audit-compliant documentation repository

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
