General Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Minimum: Graduate degree (often in Social Sciences, Management, Education, or a related field).
• For technical skilling projects: A Certificate/diploma in IT, or relevant sector may be required.

2. Work Experience

• Experience of 3-5 years in working with stakeholders like training partners, government bodies, industry associations, and employers is highly valued.

3. Skills & Competencies

• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Skill India Mission, NSDC, PMKVY, DDU-GKY, or state-level skilling schemes.
• Ability to monitor training centers, ensure compliance, and handle reporting/documentation.
• MIS/Data handling and proficiency in MS Office or project management tools.
• Team leadership and problem-solving abilities.

4. Age Limit (if specified by scheme)

• Some government skill development projects cap the maximum age 25-35 years.

5. Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel extensively (to training centers, rural/urban locations).
• Fluency in local language(s) Hindi + English.
• Familiarity with community mobilization and placement linkages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
