Couselor

Eligibility Criteria Counselor cum Office Executive :-

1. Educational Qualification

• Graduate degree in any discipline (preferred in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or Management).
• Good computer literacy – MS Office, Email, Data entry, MIS handling is required.

2. Experience

• 0–2 years for entry-level (freshers can be considered if they have strong communication and counseling skills).
• 2–5 years preferred for senior counselor roles (especially if handling placement linkages, mobilization, or career guidance).
• Prior experience in counseling, mobilization, admissions, front-office, or student support services is advantageous.

3. Skills Required

• Good communication & interpersonal skills (English + local language).
• Ability to counsel students/trainees about career options, courses, and placement opportunities.
• Record-keeping & documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of government skill development schemes (PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NAPS, etc.) is an advantage.
• Coordination skills to handle mobilization, training, and placement teams.

4. Age Limit

• 21–32 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
