MIS Executive (Data Management Executive) Company: Naitik Hardware and Mill Store Location: Industrial Area Phase 2, Panchkula Job Type: Full-Time | On-site Reporting To: Director Vacancies: 2 Experience: 3–5 Years in a similar role (Industrial Supplies Industry preferred) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience) Job Summary: Naitik Hardware and Mill Store is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive (Data Management Executive) to support data reporting, analytics, and operations through advanced Excel/Google Sheets. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Excel and preferably a background in mathematics. Key Responsibilities: Manage and analyze operational and sales data for actionable insights. Create and maintain regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) in Excel or Google Sheets. Use advanced Excel tools like formulas, Pivot Tables, and (preferably) Macros for reporting automation. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports. Assist in the development of dashboards for management review. Coordinate with internal departments to streamline data flow. Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Strong knowledge of Excel formulas, functions, and Pivot Tables. Working knowledge of Macros is a plus. A background in Mathematics or Data Analysis is an advantage. Industrial Supplies industry experience preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
