Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for US customers. Provide first-level support to resolve queries related to products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling customer interactions. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up for resolution. Document customer interactions accurately in CRM or support tools. Ensure adherence to quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs). Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and US market trends. Work collaboratively with peers and managers to meet team targets. Desired Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English — neutral or US accent preferred.
