MIS Executive

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with business teams to ensure timely, accurate, and actionable reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain

  MIS dashboards and reports

  in Google Sheets & Excel.
• Design

  automated reporting systems

  where one data dump refreshes multiple reports seamlessly.
• Build and optimize reports using

  advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and query functions

  .
• Create linked and interdependent Google Sheets/Excel models for sales, operations, and business performance tracking.
• Ensure

  accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data

  across multiple reports.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain

  data hygiene

  and ensure timely availability of MIS for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to

  automate repetitive reporting tasks

  and improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Advanced Excel Skills

  :
• Complex formulas (INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, Nested IFs, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc.)
• Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
• Data validation, conditional formatting, error handling

• Macros / VBA (for automation in Excel)

• Google Sheets Expertise

  :
• Query function, Array formulas, ImportRange, IMPORTRANGE linking, Filter, Unique, Split, Text functions
• Script/Apps Script knowledge (added advantage for automation)
• Building dashboards with linked multiple sheets

• Reporting & Analysis

  :
• Ability to design reports that provide actionable business insights
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage large datasets efficiently

• Other Skills

  :
• Strong problem-solving & analytical thinking
• Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to deliver under tight timelines

Qualifications:

• Graduate in

  Commerce, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields

  .
• 2–5 years of experience in

  MIS, reporting, or data analysis

  roles.
• Prior experience in building automated dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel is a must.
• Knowledge of SQL/BI tools (like Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) will be a plus but not mandatory.
