Job Description

Role Overview:

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting business data to support decision-making across departments. The role involves maintaining databases, preparing reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights that enhance business performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources for management decision-making.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and automated reporting systems.
Coordinate with different departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, etc.) to gather and validate data.
Identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
Generate business performance insights and provide recommendations to improve efficiency.
Support management with ad-hoc reports and presentations.
Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols.
Assist in implementing ERP/MIS tools and contribute to process automation initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables,etc.) and reporting tools.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
