Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to generate meaningful reports for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Work extensively on Excel/Google Sheets to create dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
Use Pivot Tables, formulas, and advanced functions to process and analyze large data sets.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and consolidate data for reporting.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports and data shared with management.
Assist in automating repetitive reporting tasks for improved efficiency.

Skills & Requirements

Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index-Match, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Power Query, etc.).
Thorough knowledge of Google Sheets and its functions.
Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables and data analysis tools.
Strong mathematical and analytical mindset; a background in Mathematics/Statistics is an added advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and reporting skills.

Eligibility

Male Candidate (preferred)
2–3 years of proven experience as an MIS Executive
Looking for a long-term commitment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
