Hiring: MIS Executive – Finance & Reporting

Bangalore | Night Shift | Work From Office

Role Overview

MIS Executive – Finance & Reporting

full-time, on-site, night-shift role


What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and analyze key financial reports including

    Profit & Loss

    and

    Balance Sheets

  • Work with large datasets using

    Advanced Excel

    (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.)
  • Build dashboards and visual insights using

    Power BI

  • Support Finance & Accounting teams with timely MIS reporting and data insights
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and data quality

What We’re Looking For

  • B.Com or equivalent in Commerce/Finance

  • 5+ years

    of experience in MIS/Finance roles (CA firm background preferred)
  • Strong hands-on expertise in

    Advanced Excel

    and working knowledge of

    Power BI

  • Good understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, key financial metrics)
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Attributes

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting tasks
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in automating reports and optimizing data workflows
