The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, and ensuring timely availability of accurate information to support decision-making across the organization. The role involves data management, reporting, and coordination with various departments for information flow.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, validate, and analyse data from different departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
Design and maintain dashboards, trackers, and databases in Excel.
Monitor data accuracy and perform regular audits to ensure consistency.
Provide insights through data analysis to assist in strategic and operational decisions.
Handle ad-hoc data requests and prepare customized reports as required.
Coordinate with Admin teams for system access, data extraction, and process improvements.
Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Data Validation, etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of experience in MIS / Data Management / Reporting.
Exposure to business analytics or advanced reporting tools will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
