MIS Executive / Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an MIS Executive/Analyst to design, automate, and manage reporting systems that drive data-based decisions. You will build dashboards, streamline processes, and integrate tools for business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage MIS reports and dashboards.
• Automate data workflows using FMS, IMS, and Google Sheets.
• Design checklists, delegation sheets, and monitoring tools.
• Link IMS with BOM & Full Kitting for operational accuracy.
• Implement WhatsApp API integrations for updates, reminders, and lead management.
• Support cloud-based system setup and ensure smooth data flow.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong in Excel/Google Sheets (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, Macros).
• Experience with FMS, IMS, dashboards, and process automation.
• Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau/Data Studio preferred.
• Familiar with WhatsApp API/Bot integrations.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ MIS or data analysis experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
