Job Description

Collect, manage, and analyze supply chain data (inventory, logistics, procurement, distribution) and generate actionable reports. Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for stock levels, order status, delivery schedules, and vendor performance. Coordinate with various departments (Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics) to track data and ensure accurate reporting. Automate reports and dashboards using advanced Excel tools, Power BI, or other analytics software. Monitor inventory movement and identify gaps or discrepancies between systems and physical stock. Support planning and forecasting by providing historical data trends and performance analysis. Develop and maintain database systems for tracking supply chain KPIs. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting tools and systems.
