Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect with 2-5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, excellent technical skills, and a collaborative spirit. should be capable to produce working drawings, presentations. You will work closely with our senior architect on a variety of exciting projects, contributing to both the conceptual and technical aspects of design. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations for various projects. Prepare detailed architectural drawings and interior design plans using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software. Participate in client meetings and project discussions to understand project requirements and goals. Conduct site visits and assist in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders. Support the project team in ensuring that designs meet regulatory and code requirements. Contribute to the overall design and creative process, bringing fresh ideas and solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. 2-5 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design. Should be able to do coordination with other consultants on project like MEP and Structures etc. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools. Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of projects and design skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks. Attention to detail and a passion for innovative design solutions.
