Mid level Architect

As an architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in Architectural Design Development and documentation of construction projects. You will be tasked with solving design complexities, leading specific project aspects, and contributing to innovative and sustainable architectural designs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Overseeing day-to-day tasks of design projects, including project coordination, managing submittals, creating architecture and construction drawings, and reviewing drawings. - Proficiency in architecture bylaws and design principles. - Conducting research on building materials, construction techniques, sustainable design practices, and industry regulations. - Working on multiple projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams. **Qualifications:** - B- Arch / M Arch from an accredited institution with relevant work experience. - Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, and other Architectural tools. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. - Passion for sustainable and innovative architectural design solutions. - Creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. - Ability to lead on multiple projects. - Willingness to travel.
