Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai for a Mid-level Architect. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, collaborating with the team on project planning, managing architectural projects, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. The role also involves integrating innovation with proven building techniques to deliver sustainable and contextual solutions for a diverse range of projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong foundation in creating unique, site-specific, and sustainable designs
• Experience in Project Management, including meeting deadlines, coordinating teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural design tools and technologies
• Strong understanding of building techniques, environmental considerations, and design aesthetics
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with Mumbai's architectural and urban planning landscape is an advantage
